Customer Service / Account Manager – Client Accounts (U.S. Market)

Location: Whitefield, Bangalore (U.S. Business Hours)

We are hiring Customer Service / Account Managers to support ongoing service delivery and relationship management for U.S. client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as primary coordination point for assigned accounts

• Ensure service quality, timelines, and communication

• Work with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver outcomes

• Maintain documentation and reporting

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in account management or customer success

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Strong organisation and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working U.S. time zones
