Web Experience Specialist

About the role:

We are hiring a Web Experience Specialist to take full ownership of website performance and optimisation.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for the ongoing management, enhancement, and performance of the company’s website. You will work closely with the marketing team, paid media partners, and SEO specialists to drive traffic, improve user journeys,and optimise conversions.

This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive and confident, working independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, optimise and maintain core website pages, SEO content pages and paid landing pages

• Create conversion-focused layouts, reusable modules and scalable components

• Improve UX, user flows and overall conversion pathways

• Apply CRO and UX best practices across page structure, CTAs, forms and content hierarchy

• Analyse behavioural insights (heatmaps, session recordings, funnel drop-offs)

• Implement SEO recommendations including templates and internal linking strategies

• Build and maintain email templates and basic automation flows in HubSpot

• Conduct QA across pages, emails, forms and integrations (multi-device & browser testing)

• Implement and maintain tracking (GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Ads Pixel)

• Collaborate with marketing on messaging alignment and performance optimisation

• Identify testing and optimisation opportunities for continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years’ experience in a web, digital or growth-focused role

• Strong hands-on experience with Shopify

• Experience using Shogun or similar page builders

• Confident with HTML and CSS; working knowledge of Shopify Liquid and JavaScript

• Experience building landing pages, SEO content pages and email templates

• Strong understanding of UX principles and conversion-focused design

• Experience working alongside SEO agencies or specialists

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote setup

Nice to Have

• JavaScript fundamentals

• CRO tools such as Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity

• HubSpot workflow automation experience

• Exposure to A/B testing

• Experience in e-commerce or lead generation environments
